Today I feel sick to my stomach once again, but not surprised. Castile's wife, daughter and family faced yet another blow in their lives; the acquittal of officer Jeronimo Yanez. The jury had more sympathy and empathy for a police officer that slaughtered a man out of fear. Yanez fear of a Black man was more relatable to the jurors than Castile's life being ended in front of his daughter and wife. Prince and I attempt to touch on this alarming, yet not surprising news.
