Ben Simmons Rises, and Lonzo Balls Deflated

​Ben Simmons was able to have an explosive induction into the NBA. In fact, Simmons' game has been so tight that many have stated that he is playing like a veteran. Simmons has stated that he feels that his game in the NBA is easier to control as opposed to playing in college. Wait for what? That is right Simmons pretty much stated that thus far it has been much easier for him in the NBA than college. Simmons has embraced having the ball in his hand at the point of attack as opposed to collapsing under pressure like Lonzo Ball. Simmons has asserted himself as a dominant physical force in the NBA. At 6' “10” and 230 pounds opposing defenders are not able to maintain an effective method against the brute force of the American Australian Point Gaurd. The culture of the NBA in the age of social media needs to get back to focusing purely on the athletic talent and gift of the likes of Ben Simmons versus the freak show of Lav-onzo Ball. 

Ben Simmons is being praised by the likes of Magic Johnson and LeBron James, speaking of the latter Ben Simmons may potentially be able to carry the NBA as the face once “The Chosen One” vacates the throne. More than likely Ben Simmons will be receiving Rookie Of The Year, anything less would be criminal. The East is not as dead as some have made it out to be, still, there may not be a team that has it together to completely oppose the Cavs outside of The Celtics. But Ben Simmons and the 76ers will be able to continue the healthy competitive energy they have exuded thus far. As the point guard, Ben Simmons is definitely on course to blaze a strong trail to legendary status.
